The Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS) Branch offered us the opportunity to benefit from some targeted governance support based on the feedback they received from a Committee Effectiveness Quiz we participated in earlier in the year.
We decided to run the training after the AGM so the incoming committee can get the best possible start to their role.
The training should only take one hour and will aim to cover:
* A basic governance refresher
* Discuss how you have dealt with the feedback from the quiz
* Scope how we can assist you with governance issues
* Develop some next steps
The training will be conducted over zoom and you have the option to join from home or at Kooka.
