Join us as we explore ways to de-stress with Art.
During this workshop, participants will move through a series of activities using different media. These activities are focused on fun (nothing to serious), and utilise breath, meditation and movement. You will be thoroughly chill by the end.
You may discover a new hobby in one of the many mediums we will explore including watercolour, charcoal, acrylic, textas, crayon and collage.
