Grey Area Drinking workshop – understanding how Alcohol affects you 10.30am

This was something that I used to consider often, especially at 3am when I would wake feeling anxious and promising that I wouldn’t drink that day, or the next.
I never had a ‘rock bottom’ moment but I just knew that alcohol wasn’t serving me and was having a negative health impact, weight gain, poor sleep, increased blood pressure, puffy skin and eyes, to name a few. 😟
On the other side of the wine glass I found freedom!
Plus better health and wellness and a whole new direction in life!
Take back control over your relationship with alcohol and find ways to manage stress using a holistic and somatic approach.
You will be introduced to concepts to shift your mindset so you get to experience the JOMO instead of FOMO!
